Yamaha U.S. Marine Business Unit hired Jeremy Waki as division manager of Marine Service operations, overseeing service support of systems, processes, strategy, data analytics, and service planning. Other areas of responsibility include warranty adjudication, advanced failure analysis, technical coordination, and information.
Waki reports directly to Joe Maniscalco.
“Jeremy brings more than 20 years of experience with Yamaha Motor Corp. to the Marine Service operations team,” said Maniscalco, general manager of Marine Service. “His expertise and leadership will continue enhancing the service and products Yamaha Marine offers dealers and consumers.”
Waki has worked for Yamaha since 2002. He joined Yamaha Marine Service in 2017, leading its field service department. Most recently, he has worked as a department manager, responsible for service support (warranty, failure analysis and technical service). Before joining Marine Service, he worked in various leadership roles supporting Yamaha’s Customer Service Group.
Yamaha U.S. Marine Business Unit, based in Kennesaw, GA, markets and sells marine outboard motors ranging in size from 2.5 to 450 horsepower. It also markets and sells fiberglass, jet-drive sport boats ranging from 19 to 27 feet, and personal watercraft.
