Yamaha U.S. Marine Business Unit has promoted Andrea Tetto to director of the Marine Business Planning Division, which includes leading the Business Planning and Product Management divisions and Cost Planning teams.

“Andrea’s extensive experience and proven leadership in strategic planning and business transformation make her the ideal person to drive our Marine Business Planning division forward,” said Ben Speciale, president of Yamaha U.S. Marine Business Unit. “Her industry knowledge and ability to implement data-driven results will be invaluable as we continue to grow and innovate within the marine industry.”

Tetto began her career at Yamaha in 2022 as the Marine Business Planning Division manager, overseeing and transforming the Marine Business Planning functions with data-driven insights and direction to stakeholders across the marine segment.

Before Yamaha, Tetto worked in various senior management roles at the Volvo Group for 25 years. Most recently, she was the director of remarketing and asset management at Volvo Financial Services, where she led global and regional remarketing information consolidation, developed a remarketing and asset management strategic plan and provided market support on follow-up actions based on KPI results.

Before Volva, she was the vice president of sales process optimization at Mack Trucks, the vice president of commercial support at the Volvo Group, and the vice president of marketing intelligence and planning at the Volvo Group, among multiple other roles.

Tetto reports directly to Ben Speciale, president of Yamaha U.S. Marine Business Unit.

Yamaha’s U.S. Marine Business Unit, based in Kennesaw, Ga., is responsible for the sales, marketing and distribution of Yamaha Marine products in the U.S., including Yamaha Outboards, WaveRunners, Boats, G3 Boats, and Skeeter Boats.
