Yamaha U.S. Marine Business Unit announced that Andrea Tetto had been hired as division manager, Business Planning.
In this role, Tetto is responsible for all business planning, including business and market intelligence, strategy management, research, and the company’s project management office, reporting to Jonathon Burns, GM, Marine Planning and Development, Yamaha U.S. Marine Business Unit.
“Andrea’s experience and unique skill set will help Yamaha tackle the challenges we face today and better serve our dealers, builders, customers and the marine industry overall as we continue to strengthen our business,” said Burns. “We believe her expertise in bringing new insights to the business while growing teams will be an asset to Yamaha as we continue to make the improvements necessary in a dynamic business environment.”
Tetto, an industry veteran with a track record for leading performance management and creating process improvements, brings more than 25 years of experience in the commercial trucking industry to Yamaha. Previously, she was director of remarketing and asset management for Volvo Financial Services for its global and regional teams. Before that, she worked in senior management roles internationally for Volvo Group.
