Yakima Products, Inc. announced the addition of Stephanie Bastin-Wells as the companys new global director of human resources, and the promotion of Emily Davis to director of supply chain.

As global director of human resources, Stephanie Bastin-Wells is a key member of the senior management team and is responsible for providing the strategy, leadership and direction for all components of the HR function at Yakima Products.

Were excited to bring Stephanie on board in this critical role in our organization. Her deep domestic and international HR experience will be a valuable asset as we navigate the issues and challenges related to building our global organization, said Mark Reis, Yakima CEO.

Bastin-Wells brings to Yakima more than 16 years of domestic and international human resources experience. Prior Yakima, Bastin-Wells was the Northwest region human resources director at Comcast Spotlight for four years. She also held human resource management positions at Gerding Edlen Development, Inc. and Lion Breweries in New Zealand.

As director of supply chain, Emily Davis will lead Yakimas sales, inventory, operations and planning process, oversee and manage the companys US manufacturing and distribution facilities, control inbound and outbound freight activities, develop and evolve business processes and continue to development of the purchasing function, including establishing relationships with Yakima suppliers.

Emily is having an exceptional career at Yakima. From her earliest days in the finance group to expanding her experience beyond finance and working with all other functional areas, she has displayed a willingness to learn and a keen ability to provide strategic and operational direction to the organization, said Reis. Emily will certainly leverage her gained experiences at Yakima as a member of the senior team to provide operational and supply chain guidance with a hint of financial discipline.

Davis is being promoted into the new position from her previous role as supply Chain Operations Manager, which she held for eight years.
