Woolrich will celebrate its legendary Made-in-the-USA wool blankets at an event from 7-10 P.M on March 21 at the Lizard Lounge in Portland, Oregon. The event will pay tribute to the brands 183-year American manufacturing history and feature live music and drinks courtesy of House Spirits, Eastside Distilling and Hopworks Urban Brewery.

Woolrich will showcase the iconic wool blankets the company has proudly woven in Woolrich, PA since before the Civil War. In attendance at the event will be several Woolrich representatives including Woolrich president Nick Brayton, a seventh generation founding family member and Vice President Josh Rich, an eighth generation descendant.

Woolrich’s US-made blanket offerings include an all-new 100 percent wool collection, the US Heritage tribute collection, and a plush and stylish group of American Wool Blends.

Last December, Woolrich debuted WoolrichUSA.com, a new digital storybook and online catalog that weaves its 183 years of manufacturing history with its 2012 collection of wool throw blankets.
