Woolrich vice president Bruce Heggenstaller announced the appointment of Tim Joseph as director of marketing and media. In his new position, he will have responsibility for all corporate marketing and advertising in addition to his existing responsibility for the Woolrich catalog and internet business. He will continue to report to Heggenstaller.
Joseph joined Woolrich in 2000 as director of the firms catalog division. In 2002, internet operation responsibilities were added to his role.
Prior to his arrival at Woolrich, he was creative director for the fishing, hunting, gifts, travel, clothing and home furnishing divisions of Orvis in Manchester, VT. Tim spent a total of 12 years with the Orvis company. Before his tenure with Orvis, Joseph was director of publications and advertising at Drew University in Madison, NJ. Tim began his career working for advertising agencies in Pittsburgh, PA.
Joseph attended the Art Institute of Pittsburgh where he received his degree in visual communications. During his career he has won multiple national awards in catalog design and direction, publications design, e-commerce direction, and sports information. Tim, his wife Lori and four sons reside in Williamsport, PA. He is an active outdoor sportsman. Joseph is a former competitive sporting clays shooter and an avid backpacker, fisherman and hunter.

Roswell Brayton, president and CEO of Woolrich, Inc., has named Lederle Eberhardt as vice president of merchandising and design. In her new position, Eberhardt will have complete responsibility for product design and merchandising for all mens and womens wholesale apparel. She will report directly to Brayton.
Lederle joined Woolrich in 1995 as a merchandise manager for womens sportswear. She then became womens senior merchandise manager and, in 2001, was named senior merchandise manager.
Prior to coming to Woolrich, Eberhardt spent eleven years with Sara Lee Knit Products of Winston-Salem, North Carolina, completing her tenure with them as senior merchandise manager. Lederle received her B.S. in Textile Design from Clemson University. She and her husband Kent reside in State College, PA.
In making the announcement, Brayton said, “This promotion represents the strength within our company. During her years with Woolrich, Lederle has been responsible for a large part of the tremendous growth of both our mens and womens lines. Her team-building skills and her passion for the brand place merchandising and design in excellent hands.”
