Woolrich has hired Becky Egers as merchandise manager-catalog/Internet.


Egers will be responsible for leading the merchandising, seasonal assortment planning, buying, and product positioning and pagination of the Woolrich consumer catalog and website.


Beckys extensive experience in the outdoor apparel industry coupled with her keen merchandising eye will make her a great addition to our team, said Gary DeGaetano, Woolrich vice president direct to consumer.


Egers joins Woolrich after 19 years with L.L. Bean where she held various positions including senior catalog merchandiser for the Mens and Womens Divisions and most recently retail merchandiser.   While at L.L. Bean, Egers responsibilities ranged from catalog and web merchandising, assortment planning, to sales analysis for mens and womens apparel, womens outerwear, home furnishings, kids apparel, and retail lines.


The iconic Woolrich brand has been growing rapidly as of late and Im thrilled to be joining the team at such an exciting time in the companys history, said Egers.


Egers and her husband John will be relocating to the Woolrich, PA area from Gray, Maine.
