For the fifth consecutive year, retailers nationwide have selected Wolverine Boots and Shoes to be the recipient of the Plus Award for overall design excellence in the work category. Wolverine Boots and Shoes has been the sole winner of the work award since the contest was created.
Footwear Plus, a leading industry trade magazine, facilitated the 2003 Plus Awards. The honors were awarded during a ceremony held in conjunction with the World Shoe Association show in Las Vegas on February 11.
“We're especially honored to receive this award for the fifth time,” said Ted Gedra, executive vice president of the Wolverine Footwear Group. “Our retailers have confirmed that Wolverine continues to provide comfortable, durable footwear that performs anywhere.”
