W.L. Gore & Associates has signed on as a gold sponsor for the second annual Snow Industry Summit scheduled to be held March 29 – April 1, 2005, at Copper Mountain Resort, CO. It is the second year that Gore has sponsored the industry gathering.
Gore will have a significant presence at the Summit as the presenter for keynote speaker Glen Heimstra on Wednesday, March 30 along with visibility before and during the Summit including the www.snowindustrysummit.org Website, newsletters, resort signage and product information inclusion in the Summit Workbook. In addition, Jeannie Thoren, whose women’s clinic tour was supported this year by Gore, will be giving her final clinic during the run of the Summit.
“We thought last year’s Summit was outstanding and a unique venue for the product side of the industry, said Doug Graham, snow category champion. “We are pleased to be a sponsor again and look forward to an outstanding Summit.”
Other Summit sponsors include DaKine, Manzella and Angry Associates. DaKine will offer the main goodie bag gift while Manzella will provide spring gloves for Summit attendees and Angry Associates will offer attendees a bottle of wine.
