Wilson Sporting Goods Co. promoted Jason Collins, senior director, global product, to global general manager of racquet sports, effective immediately.

The company also announced that Hans-Martin Reh is leaving Wilson as general manager, racquet sports, to pursue other interests. The company thanked Reh for his “vision and leadership during his tenure and with its partners and athletes across the world.”

Collins, a 22-year company veteran, will continue to grow the brand’s racquet sports global business using his expertise in sales, marketing, sourcing, and product innovation in his new role with Wilson.

“Jason Collins is a proven leader bringing deep industry experience and expertise to this important role with Wilson,” said Joe Dudy, president and CEO, Wilson Sporting Goods. “During his tenure with Wilson, he has led the creation of game-changing franchise products within the tennis industry and continues to play an enormous role in how Wilson contributes to the sport.”
