WH inc. hired three creatives, including a new creative director, Hart Rusen, who has over 20 years of industry experience working for ad agencies, design firms and in-house for brands, including REI, Alaska Airlines, T-Mobile, and Cheetos.
WH also added Senior Designer Ari Pal, who joins the company from Vail Resorts, and Production Designer Chase Kunz, who joins from Microsoft.

WH said Hart has worked as a team leader and writer at ad agencies, design firms and in-house at REI, leading brand, social and sustainability and impact efforts. His work highlights reportedly include leading creative at Mekanism for Alaska Airlines. As group creative director at Publicis. At Goodby, Silverstein & Partners, he resurrected the Cheetos mascot landing him in the Super Bowl and helped create a first-person interactive horror website for Doritos.
Pal joins WH with over 15 years as a designer with a graphic design, illustration, and photography background. Before joining the company, he worked designing for B2B and B2C segments, as a senior designer at Vail Resort with its retail marketing team and for Coleman Outdoor.
Kunz joins the company after working for Amazon and Microsoft as a franchise media artist at the Microsoft game studio 343 Industries and production designer for Microsoft Office.
