The Wacoal Sports Science Corporation, makers of CW-X Performance Conditioning Wear, has appointed The Lane Group to represent the line in the southeastern U.S. This brings the total number of rep groups carrying CW-X to eight, representing a combined team of 23 field reps.
The Lane Group, based in Rutherfordton, N.C., will cover Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Tennessee. The agency brings to the brand a wealth of experience in the outdoor sports business. The Lane Group is lead by Thom Lane and includes Sam Houston, Denny Penry and Michael Garet.
Growing interest in Wacoal Sports Sciences patented Conditioning Web(tm) technology and positive reviews in vertical publications including Runners World, and mainstream media such as New York Magazine and Newsweek, have led to increased retail demand for CW-X Performance Conditioning Wear. Currently CW-X is available in over 300 running, ski, and outdoor specialty stores in 46 states.
