Warrior Sports has signed an apparel license agreement with Vital
Apparel. Vital will design and develop Warrior branded apparel in
association with the Warrior product and design groups as well as work
to introduce new and innovative materials and designs. The initial
Warrior apparel collection will be offered for Spring 2008.
“This opportunity allows Warrior to enhance our apparel offerings by
providing a full line of branded performance and lifestyle apparel for
retail,” says Dave Morrow, founder and president of Warrior, which is
owned by New Balance. “We are excited about the core competencies Vital
brings to the table, especially in product innovation, customer service
and sourcing which complements Warriors brand strengths of product
integrity and youthful inspiration,.”

Vital Apparel Group operates Vital Apparel, a women's active brand;
Vital Accessories, which includes Soffe Accessories; and the Vital
Performance division, which includes InSport.
