The third annual Asia Outdoor trade show concluded on August 2nd after hosting nearly 9400 visitors, over 14% more than last year’s show. Visitor numbers for the trade show were also up despite visa restrictions amidst the run-up to the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games and the devastating earthquake that struck China last May.


According to the China Outdoor Commerce Alliance (COCA, the Chinese outdoor market appears to be stabile, with more than a 20% increase anticipated in outdoor sales.
