Eric Rosen, a 20-year veteran of Vibram, will retire in April, and in conjunction with his departure, Vibram announces changes to its senior management team as follows:
Effective January 2021, Tammy Vrahopoulos joined the team as VP, Human Resources, Vibram Corporation; Effective March 2021, Nicola Beretta was appointed Vibram Corporation’s VP, Finance; and Effective February 2021, Jay Steere joined Vibram Corporation as VP Product Creation and Merchandising.
Vrahopoulos, Beretta and Steere will report to Fabrizio Gamberini, President, Vibram Corporation and Global Chief Brand Officer.
“Eric’s contributions to Vibram are deeply significant, and he’s helped drive results for many years. I’ve worked with him for almost three years and will miss him greatly,” said Gamberini. “We have a thoughtful succession strategy in place and have built a highly-skilled, consumer-focused executive management team with the experience, acumen, brand knowledge, and Vibram brand values required to continue to build sustainable growth for Vibram, for the long-term.”
