VF Corporation  announced Roger Spatz as president, Eagle Creek. Spatz has served as interim president since July 2011, and his deep understanding of the Eagle Creek business and strong financial background makes him the ideal brand leader. As President, Spatz will lead the vision for the brands strategy and leverage the momentum for accelerated growth.  

Spatz brings an impressive record to Eagle Creek, with over 30 years of progressive financial and business leadership in the apparel and manufacturing industries. He joined VF in 2004 as the CFO for VF Outlet, and in 2008 moved to CFO, Reef and Eagle Creek. Prior to joining VF, Spatz was the COO of Cambridge-Lee Industries a global manufacturer of copper products. Spatz holds an MBA in Finance from St. Josephs University and a Bachelors of Science with a dual major in Business and Computer Science from Juniata College.
