After last winter’s hiatus, Silverton, CO-based craft manufacturer Venture Snowboards is returning for the 2016/17 winter season. “Seventeen years and counting, we are back and more dedicated than ever to the pursuit of the ultimate ride,” said founder and owner Klemens Branner.
Venture’s website showcases the company’s board lineup, including some new designs. “While we’re known for our freeride decks and splitboards, these new models are intended to have a broader appeal and are the direct result of rider feedback,” said Branner.
A team of brand ambassadors has also been recruited from Venture’s ranks of weekend warriors and snow sports professionals. According to Branner, they all share one thing in common: “For all of us, snowboarding is at the core of our identities. It’s what we live for, and what makes us who we are.”
