Vans appointed Vicki Redding as VP, apparel. Most recently, Redding was SVP, merchandise and
design for La Jolla Group, directing the apparel,
accessories and footwear business for five different brands including
O’Neill, Metal Mulisha, The Berrics, FMF and Rusty.

Previously, Redding was at Quiksilver for 16 years in a variety of
successive roles beginning with vice president, Quiksilver Americas Boys
Merchandise and Design, to SVP Americas Merchandise
and Design overseeing apparel, accessories and footwear product for the
Americas region to SVP global merchandise and design
with global product responsibilities. Redding closed out her time at
Quiksilver as SVP merchandise and design for the DC
Shoes Division. Prior to Quiksilver, Redding began her career at
Nordstrom in the Buying department.

She has more than 18 years experience in the Action Sports apparel and retail industry.

As she joins Vans, Redding will lead the global strategic direction of
Vans’ Men’s and Women’s apparel and accessories businesses including
product design, development and merchandising across all distribution
channels.
