USA Pickleball, the national governing body for pickleball in the U.S., added Andrew Feffer and Tori Stevens to its Board of Directors.

Stevens and Feffer will serve as At-Large members for three-year terms as the USA Pickleball Board of Directors continues its mission to further the growth of pickleball.

“Please join us in welcoming our newest members, Tori and Andrew, to the USA Pickleball Board of Directors,” said Board Chair Robert Quicksilver. “We are thrilled to have both individuals bring their incredible wealth of experience in the sports, media and technology industries to USAP.”

Feffer brings over 30 years of sports industry experience across the professional sports leagues, media and technology. He has led properties in the NFL, NBA and MLB, including as president and chief operating officer of the Washington Nationals and NFL Players, Inc. (NFLPA). During this time, Feffer launched the first digital mobile access and payment platforms for teams. He was also at the start-up of the NBA Charlotte Bobcats/Hornets. More recently, he led sports technology properties, delivering integrated digital platforms for membership and access to clubs globally.

“I am excited to join such a dynamic board and excellent management team at USA Pickleball,” Feffer said. “I look forward to working together to create new opportunities for growing the game and providing added value to our members. As a former tennis player, I now enjoy playing and being a part of the pickleball community.”

Stevens boasts over two decades of global leadership experience in the sports, media and technology industries. Currently, she is the CEO of SUP3R, an affiliated company of Superfly. Previously, Stevens held executive positions at GumGum Sports, the Sports Innovation Lab, CSM Sports & Entertainment, and the Boston Consulting Group. She also spent 15 years at ESPN, where, among many positions, she was the vice president of Global X Games Events and Operations.

“As a recreational player who has enjoyed witnessing the explosive growth of the sport, I am honored to join the Board of USA Pickleball,” Stevens said. “I look forward to supporting the organization’s mission of championing growth, inclusivity and innovation in the fastest-growing sport in the country.”
