The show had moved to Denver in 2018 because of Utah’s environmental policies and local political leaders’ support of the shrinking of the Bears Ears and Grand Staircase-Escalante national monuments and other federal land policies.

Kathmandu Parent Sees Slight Sales Decline In First Half

KMD Brands, formerly Kathmandu Holdings Limited, reported sales dipped 0.8 percent in the six months ended January 31. The second quarter showed a positive rebound following Q1 COVID lockdown impacts on Kathmandu and Rip Curl in Australasia. Oboz’s sales were impacted by COVID closure of Vietnam factories.

SureWerx Acquires Footwear Specialties International

SureWerx, a manufacturer of safety, tool and equipment products, announced that it has acquired Footwear Specialties International (FSI), a maker of safety footwear based in Portland, OR. Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.

Fila Group’s Sales Expand 8 Percent In Fourth Quarter

Korea-based Fila Group reported sales grew 7.9 percent in the fourth quarter and 21.3 percent in the full year. At Fila USA, sales were down 8.7 percent in the fourth quarter but grew 11.5 percent for 2021.
