Camping World Agrees To Acquire Outlet Recreation

Camping World Holdings Inc. announced an agreement to acquire the Outlet Recreation dealership based in the Fargo market. This acquisition marks the company’s first location in North Dakota, with plans for the deal to close in December 2020.

Crosson Ski Appoints Chief Innovation Officer

Crosson Ski said Bode Miller, the five-time Olympic medalist, has teamed with aerospace engineer, Chase Englehart, to serve as its chief innovation officer. The pair will debut Crosson’s expanded line of skis later this month, including a series built with carbon fiber and centered around traditional ski manufacturing.

Dorel Industries Inc. announced that based on the recommendation of an independent committee of Dorel’s Board of Directors, Dorel has entered into a definitive Arrangement to be acquired by Cerberus Capital Management, L.P. for C$14.50 per share.

Camping World To Acquire Noble RV In Minnesota

Camping World Holdings Inc. announced that an agreement has been signed to acquire the four existing dealership locations of Noble RV, in Owatonna, Madelia, Oronoco (Rochester area) and Jordan (Minneapolis area), Minnesota, with plans for the acquisition to close in December 2020.

Hibbett Sports announced a new structural alignment for its merchandising leadership team which will allow the retailer to focus more on consumers with a “toe-to-head” connective approach across its product categories including Mens, Womens and Kids. The new Hibbett/City Gear structure will be organized by gender.

Leatt Corp’s Q3 Revenues Climb 18 Percent

Leatt Corporation reported global revenues increased by 18 percent, to $11.4 million compared to the 2019 third quarter. Higher sales of body armor and other products, parts and accessories offset a decrease in helmet and neck brace sales.

Accell Group Lifts Guidance On Sales Momentum

Accell Group N.V. announced that net sales continued to be very strong from July to October, coming in at a 38 percent gain versus the same period last year and bringing year-to-date net sales growth to 16 percent. Consequently, Accell revised its guidance upwards and now expects EBIT for 2020 to exceed prior-year EBIT.

Fox Factory’s Q3 Sales Jump 23 Percent

Fox Factory Holding Corp sales for the third quarter were $260.7 million, an increase of 23.4 percent year-over-year.  The increase in sales reflects a 17.7 percent increase in Powered Vehicles Group sales and a 32.4 percent increase in Specialty Sports Group sales.
