Four Points RV Resorts, LLC has completed the acquisition of Yogi Bear’s Jellystone Park Camp-Resort in Bloomington. Four Points, launched in 2020 by Sean Vidrine and Matt Van Der Molen, now owns and operates four Jellystone Park franchises, as well as two independent RV Resorts.

Amazon Announces Prime Day 2023 Sales Event Dates
Amazon announced that the company’s 2023 Prime Day Sale will be held from July 11-12. As in previous years, Amazon Prime Day is a 48-hour sale offering Prime members-only discounts. Last year, Amazon Prime Day ran in more than 20 countries from July 12-13.

Backcountry To Open Retail Location At The Grove In Los Angeles

Winnebago’s Fiscal Q3 Revenues Slide 38 Percent
Winnebago Industries reported earnings per share on an adjusted basis were down 48.4 percent in the fiscal third quarter ended May 27 as sales dropped 38.2 percent. Steep sales declines in towables and motorhomes offset a small gain in boat sales. Earnings topped analyst targets.

Amer Sports’ Debt Ratings Upgraded By S&P
S&P Global Ratings upgraded the debt ratings of Amer Sports Holding Oy due to the company’s robust operating performance, thanks to a strong performance in China, the continuous acceleration of the Arc’teryx brand, and positive momentum in its footwear division driven by the Salomon brand. Amer’s sales grew 30.3 percent in 2022.
