Uneekor, the maker of golf simulator technologies based in Irvine, CA, announced a restructuring to its organizational setup, including new hires to its leadership team.
New hires at Uneekor include Aaron Waltz, a pro golf instructor, formerly with TrackMan, as vice president of sales; Greg Sabella, former director of marketing for Callaway, as vice president of marketing; Shan Jiang, formerly of Amazon, as director of operations; and Thomas B. Larsen, with two decades of global HR experience, as director of People & Culture.
As part of the company’s new organizational structure, Uneekor will operate under four major business segments: Sales, Marketing, People & Culture, and Operations & Development. The changes come following Uneekors acquisition of EvnRoll Putters and at a time when the golf simulator industry is rapidly growing.
Eddie Lee, chief sales and marketing officer of Creatz, Inc., Uneekor’s Parent Company, said, “The new structure allows for the four business segments to work in tandem to streamline our operations and increases transparency across the company. We’ve added some incredibly talented members to our leadership team, and we believe that the realignment will provide for more efficient communication and decision-making processes. By focusing on our core competencies and emphasizing customer needs, we will drive profitable growth and achieve our strategic objectives.”
