Tyrolia, the Austrian ski-bindings manufacturer owned by Head GmbH, has hired Horst Tschida as director global sales and marketing, succeeding Robert Stanzl, who retired after 45 years with the company.
Tschida has been with Tyrolia for 18 years and started his career in Schwechat in the area of technical promotion for Tyrolia products. Tschida has worked as a product manager and business manager OEM since 2008. In addition to owned brands Head and Tyrolia, the know-how and technological expertise is also used for the production of Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) bindings for Fischer, Elan, Kästle, and other ski companies.
