Tubbs Snowshoes is pleased to announce that the independent rep agency, Atlantic Associates, has been hired as the northeast agency for the Tubbs Brand, effective January 1st, 2005. Atlantic Associates is a six-person agency and has been incorporated since 1982. Atlantic Associates is composed of two principals, Harold Mullins of North Canton, Connecticut and Steve Reeder of Wilmot, New Hampshire as well as three sales associates and an office manager.

Our decision was based upon Steve and Harold’s breath of experience, their direct involvement at all levels of sales and service and an established team of experienced individuals committed to dealer service. With our customer service transitioning to the K2 offices in the west, we felt a need to have a second office in the east for our dealers. Atlantic Associates has the existing infrastructure and business philosophy to take on the Tubbs Brand for the future.”
The hiring of the Atlantic Group comes as a result of Northern Edge Associates, Tubbs former New England rep agency of twelve years, accepting an exclusive opportunity with industry footwear leader, Merrell. As a New England based company and as the worldwide snowshoe leader, the northeast territory still represents the largest and one of the most important regions for the Tubbs brand. Atlantic Associates has a proven track record of sales and demonstrates leadership and authenticity within the marketplace. They have a well-diversified team that is dedicated to their respective dealer base that will help make the transition seamless and continue to build long-term dealer relationships.
Atlantic Associates also represent the following brands; CamelBak, Eagle Creek, Fischer XC, and Watermark. Tubbs territory will include; Vermont, Maine, New Hampshire, Connecticut, Massachusetts, and Rhode Island.
