TruFit Athletic Clubs has added two seasoned executives to its leadership team, with Aaron Watkins as chief financial officer and MJ Patti as senior vice president of people and culture.
Watkins brings over 20-plus years of financial leadership experience to TruFit. Throughout his career, he has reportedly played pivotal roles in helping companies grow organically and through strategic acquisitions. His background in the fitness industry includes being CFO and CEO of Gold’s Gym International and Texas Family Fitness. Tru Fit said Watkins’ “extensive understanding of financial management and innovative approach makes him an invaluable asset.”
Patti, a “dynamic leader with extensive experience in human resources and organizational development,” brings a track record of scaling companies for growth within fitness, recreation and wellness. Patti’s career spans over two decades, during which she has “successfully led numerous initiatives focused on enhancing employee engagement, developing talent and fostering a positive workplace culture,” said TruFit. Her expertise in people management and organizational strategy will be instrumental “in building a strong, cohesive team,” continued TruFit.
