True Spec Golf, the specialist in custom club fitting and club building, announced its newest facility in Geneva, IL, called True Spec Chicago West.
Located at 2100 Enterprise Avenue inside Impastato Golf Academy’s 20,000 square-foot indoor facility, the store opens on August 2 and joins the Highland Park site as the second location in the city.
The facility features a fitting bay and putting studio that uses Foresight GC Quad technology. It will also offer True Spec’s brand-agnostic fitting matrix of over 50,000 club head and shaft combinations, including all major equipment manufacturers. Each club will be custom built at True Spec’s Scottsdale, AZ headquarters from the fitting process.
The location will also include a putting green, fitness center and golf pro shop.
“Chicago is one of the best golf markets in the country, and we couldn’t be happier to be opening our second location there,” said Ryan Richardson, president.
True Spec Chicago West has partnered with Impastato Golf Academy to bring the custom fitting experience to Western Chicago. “We are excited to be joining forces with True Spec to help guests receive a tour-level custom fitting experience,” said David Impastato, owner of Impastato Golf Academies and ranked by Golf Digest magazine as one of the ten best teachers in Illinois.
Other True Spec locations include Nexus Club in downtown NYC, The Intown Golf Club in Atlanta, GA, True Spec Boston, True Spec Beverly Hills, and its flagship in Scottsdale, AZ. True Spec Chicago West will be the company’s 29th location.
