His leadership will be key in aligning sales, marketing, and product management efforts, making sure we’re bringing the right new products to market with a unified strategy that delivers real value to our company, retailers, and customers.”

Sweet stated, “I’m honored and blessed to work for the Bindon family and to step into the role of vice president of Sales and Marketing. Our commitment to our retailers and end-users remains a top priority as we work to strengthen relationships, expand our reach, and ensure that Trijicon products continue to set the standard for durability and innovation in the industry. I’m excited to help continue the legacy of Trijicon, making battle-tested products for those who protect freedom and those who enjoy it.”
