Total Apparel Group, Inc. announced that it has recently commenced with its December 2010 year-end audit in order to file its 10K. In addition, the company will be completing its September 2010 3rd quarter review, as well as all of the 2011 quarter reviews due, ensuring that the company will become current in its filings.
Concurrent with this action, TAG has resumed its activities related to the registration of securities, as it seeks to upgrade the company's stock listing to the Over-the-Counter Bulletin Board.
In the coming weeks TAG said will provide its shareholders with a comprehensive update on the status of the activities and on the future outlook of the company.
