Total Apparel Group, Inc., the U.S. distributor of the FIFA, Kappa and Robe Di Kappa brands, reported revenues of$552,990 in its fourth quarter. It also said it remains committed and on pace to complete its audit by the end of
Q1 2010 and will immediately thereafter begin the process of becoming
fully reporting and upgrading its listing.

“The Q4 numbers demonstrate our continued growth as we remain committed to enhancing our commercial infrastructure and public company profile during the remainder of the first quarter, paving the way for a successful Q2 and beyond,” stated TAG CEO Janon Costley.

TAG is the U.S. Master Distributor of FIFA and FIFA World Cup Licensed Product. TAG has also inked a deal with BasicNet Group, S.p.A, to become the U.S. and Canadian Master Licensee for the Kappa and Robe Di Kappa athletic brands.
