Topgolf announced that its first Topgolf Lounge, a bar and gaming experience, is set to officially open outside Seattle later this year.

This Topgolf Lounge will be part of the new “Kirkland Urban” mixed-use complex overlooking Lake Washington.

Expanding Topgolf’s traditional venue footprint into urban areas, each Topgolf Lounge will feature live sports on massive flat screens, Full Swing simulators with a broad selection of virtual games, music and locally curated dishes, hand-crafted desserts and cocktail selections.

“Entertainment choices are evolving at the speed of technology and the Topgolf Lounge concept is on the forefront of the ‘eatertainment’ movement,” said Ron Powers, president, Topgolf Lounge. “Topgolf Lounge guests will be blown away by our incredible bar, massive outdoor patio space and interactive sports games, making them feel like they are actually playing live. We are entertaining a myriad of partnership concepts across the nation, to bring this concept to life.”

The 7,761 square-foot location boasts four public hitting bays and a private, VIP bay for special events and celebrity guests who are expected to frequent the Topgolf Lounge. As an extended effort to expand consumer accessibility, Topgolf Lounge locations will be strategically placed in densely populated areas in which larger, full-sized Topgolf venues aren’t sizably feasible.
