Toms plans to open a flagship store in lower Manhattan at 264 Elizabeth St., between Houston and Prince streets, later this year. The 1,000 square foot store will represent its third location.
In 2012, it opened a flagship in Venice, CA. This past March, it opened a second outpost in Austin, TX.
