The North Face announced changes to the Research & Design Department, resulting in cross category moves in Outerwear, Snowsports, Equipment and Sportswear.

“As the premier supplier of innovative outdoor apparel, equipment and footwear, it’s important that we consistently look to bring new energy and passion to our Design and Development teams,” stated Steve Rendle, The North Face President, Americas. “Changes and cross category moves result in fresh thinking and provide our associates with opportunities to enhance their careers within our organization.”

The North Face changes include the promotion of Neil Munro to Product Director, Outerwear; Matt Page to Product Director, Snowsports; and Sumi Reddy to Senior Product Manager for a new product team, Youth and Logowear. Damien Huang, former Product Director, Outerwear, has left the company. Munro, Page and Reddy will report to Jim Gerson, Vice President of RD&D.
