The North Face has selected Real Branding of San Francisco as the company's Interactive Advertising Media Agency of Record.
“In the last year we've made significant strides in evolving and executing our online strategy,” said Sarah Gallagher, Online Marketing Manager. These strides include a more tailored online experience and new dynamic applications created by Fluid, Inc., a San Francisco-based digital solutions firm, and a re-architected and re-designed TheNorthFace.com. “Working with Real Branding is a natural next step in this evolution. We're excited about the inspirational brand experience our consumers and all outdoor enthusiasts can now explore online. With the new site, we're now reaching out and inviting more like-minded consumers that share our commitment to exploration.”
Real Branding's responsibilities will include: integrated strategy and media planning; research and analysis along with online media buying. The agency will integrate with Fluid, The North Face's online agency, and DDB, The North Face's traditional advertising agency.
“We are thrilled to be working with the leading brand in technical outdoor performance,” said Mark Silva, Principal and Founder of Real Branding. “The North Face lives up to its own challenge to 'never stop exploring' and as such is an ideal fit for a quickly evolving marketing channel like online. With shared values of connecting through exploration, it's little wonder The North Face consumer heavily over indexes on the medium. We're looking forward to articulating and expanding these connections online.”
