Timberland appointed Nina Flood as global brand president. She had been interim Timberland president following Susie Mulder’s exit on November 8.

Timberland reported her promotion via Linkedin: “During her 20-year career at VF, Nina has held various leadership roles across brands and regions, most recently serving as VP/GM for Timberland EMEA. With her extensive experience, as well as her strong leadership skills and tireless energy, we are excited to have Nina as our next global leader.

“Nina takes the helm at an exciting time for the brand as we build off the momentum of the 50th anniversary of the Original Timberland Boot and set a course for the next 50 years. Please join us in congratulating Nina on her new role.”

Flood had been VP/GM EMEA for Timberland since February 2023, based in Ticino, Switzerland. She joined the company in 2003 as VP of marketing for Nautica. Her other roles at VF have included president of Kipling NA, global president of Eastpak & JanSport, and president of VF Global Packs.

On LinkedIn, Flood wrote, “I am honored to assume the role of global brand president of Timberland, a VF Company. In this capacity, I will partner with the global team to formulate the brand strategy and vision while working with our regional teams to bring Timberland to consumers around the world. Many of you have been part of my 20-year journey with VF Corporation, which has led me to today. Thank you for the continued support and partnership. I can’t wait to see what this next chapter brings.”

Mulder, who had led Timberland since April 2021, joined Noble, the training footwear brand, as COO.
