Tilly’s Inc. announced in a regulatory filing that Bernard Zeichner retired from his position as a member of the Board of Directors, effective October 2.
Zeichner served as a member of the Board since 2011 and was serving as chairperson of the ompensation committee of the Board and a member of the audit committee of the Board. Tilly’s said Zeichner’s resignation is not due to any disagreements with the company on any of the ompany’s operations, policies or practices. Tilly’s said, “The company is grateful to Mr. Zeichner for his tremendous contributions throughout his service on the Board.”
As a result of the resignation, Tilly’s reduced the authorized number of directors of the Board from eight to seven, appointed Douglas Collier to serve as the chairperson of the compensation committee, appointed Erin Chin to serve as a third member
of the audit committee, and appointed Teresa Aragones to serve as a third member of the compensation committee.
