Three directors of Aldila Inc. have resigned as part of the golf shaft maker’s efforts to reduce expenses, according to a filing with the Securities & Exchange Commission. Andrew Leitch, Bryant Riley and Michael Sheldon resigned on February 23.
Tom Brand and Peter Mathewson remain on the board. The filing said Aldila is not aware of any
disagreement between any of the directors and the company.
