The Los Angeles Times is reporting that Karl Malone has brought a suit against Dada Footwear claiming the Los Angeles shoe maker failed to pay him the $65,000 he was owed from an endorsement contract.

According to the suit, Dada agreed to pay Malone $40,000 in postseason bonuses in addition to three payments of $25,000 over the course of the ‘03/’04 regular season. The suit was filed in Orange County Superior Court on Tuesday, alleging Dada of failure to remit the last $25,000 payment and the playoff bonus.

Dada did not return calls seeking comment by press time.
