The Sportsman’s Guide announced that Darold D. Rath has been appointed to the Company’s Board of Directors effective immediately.
Rath is a Certified Public Accountant. He recently completed twenty consecutive years as the Managing Partner and Chief Executive Officer of Eide Bailly, LLP, a Fargo, ND-based regional accounting and consulting firm that ranks 16th in the nation in size. He has extensive experience in leadership training, communications and business strategy. He is a member and past council member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of North Dakota, Grand Forks.
