The North Face has signed a lease for 6,414 square feet of office and showroom space at the newly-constructed Fremont Crossing Building project in Seattle, WA, according to Pastakia + Associates, a Seattle-based development firm.
The space is located at 316 S. Florentia Street alongside the Lake Washington Ship Canal.
“The North Face is exactly the type of company we envisioned for our ground-level Bleitz building space at Fremont Crossing,” said Pastakia + Associates Founder and Principal Tejal Pastakia. “They are a great fit for the building and a wonderful addition to the Fremont neighborhood.”
This newer construction includes features that address post-COVID expectations, including operable windows as part of its refurbished design and HVAC protocols, including fresh air flushing every 1.25 hours.
Fremont Crossing is a renovated two-building, open-air, micro-hub location with more than 60,000 square feet of new indoor and outdoor commercial space.
