The Buckle, Inc. reported comparable store net sales, for stores open at least one year, for the four-week period ended Oct. 31, 2015 decreased 5.8 percent from comparable store net sales for the similar period, ended Nov. 1, 2014, last year.
Overall net sales for the period decreased 4.7 percent to $81.4 million from net sales of $85.4 million a year ago.
Comparable store net sales for the 13-week third quarter ended Oct. 31, 2015 decreased 5.2 percent from comparable store net sales for the 13-week period ended Nov. 1, 2014. Net sales for the 13-week fiscal quarter ended Oct. 31, 2015 decreased 4.1 percent to $280.2 million from net sales of $292.2 million for the prior year 13-week fiscal quarter ended Nov. 1, 2014.
Comparable store net sales year-to-date for the 39-week period ended Oct. 31, 2015 decreased 3.1 percent from comparable store net sales for the 39-week period ended Nov. 1, 2014. Net sales for the 39-week fiscal period ended Oct. 31, 2015 decreased 1.5 percent to $787.6 million from net sales of $799.6 million for the prior year 39-week fiscal period ended Nov. 1, 2014.
