The Antigua Group, Inc., the golf apparel manufacturer based in Peoria, AZ, opened an online retail store found at www.antigua.com and shop.antigua.com.
“Based on the ever increasing consumer awareness of Antigua as a genuine golf performance apparel brand, we wanted to give the consumer the opportunity to be able to buy branded Antigua apparel directly in an online shopping environment where they can browse through a selection of our men's and women's polos, hats and outerwear at their convenience,' said Antigua President Ron McPherson. 'Presently they are able to buy Antigua genuine golf apparel in every better golf retailer nationwide with that resorts logo on our apparel in addition to being able to find it in every sports retailer as licensed team logoed apparel, but this is an opportunity for them to be able to buy our genuine golf apparel branded as Antigua, which doesn't conflict with any of our present retail partners.”
Antigua's golf division also holds license agreements with the PGA TOUR, LPGA and the PGA of America.
