In 2006 Teva, a division of Deckers Outdoor Corporation, will join forces with 3point5 and Franklin Resource Group to strengthen their commitment at the retail level.

3point5 is an on-line community of retail sales individuals, retailers, and manufacturers all focused on improving sales floor performance. With 3point5 Teva is able to support their retailers with on-line training, keeping each store connected to the brand and their product based performance technologies. In addition, sales associates are able to win Teva product and prizes by taking quizzes and gaining points with correct answers.

To complement these efforts Teva will also utilize Franklin Resource Group, a team of retail execution experts, to ensure the best possible presence at key retailers across the country. The Group will support Teva by ensuring POP displays are properly set up and operating at full capacity during Teva’s crucial selling seasons. Beginning in March, they will be utilizing Franklin’s merchandising expertise to roll out Teva’s 2006 POP program in over 400 retail stores including REI, EMS, TSA and GI Joes.

“We knew we had to better serve our retailers and support our sales team in the field.” says Megan Johnson, Presence Manager of Teva Footwear. “Our goal is to build a larger brand presence for Teva at the retail level and to ultimately increase sales.”

Both programs will launch with the release of Teva’s Spring 2006 product line.
