Tervis, the insulated drinkware manufacturer based in North Venice, FL, hired Hosana Fieber as the new CEO, with current CEO Rogan Donelly moving to executive chairman of the board.
Tervis said the leadership change comes when the business, founded in 1946, is poised to enter a “significant growth phase.” The Donelly family, owners of the company, will continue to drive the business.
Fieber previously worked for Tervis from 2009 to 2021 with her last position being chief operating officer and chief financial officer. Most recently, Fieber was the CFO at Organics Management Holdings in Okahumpka, FL.
In her returning role as CEO, Fieber is responsible for the company’s operations, including creating and driving a strategic plan and ensuring short- and long-term goals are met.
Donelly, a third-generation company owner, was appointed as CEO in 2016. As he moves into the role of executive chairman of the board, Donelly will make higher-level decisions for the company’s long-term vision, monitor and measure its strategic plan and community philanthropy, and ensure the company’s mission is met. Four board seats are held by the Donelly family, with three held by external members.
“With such promising growth on the horizon for our brand, there is really no better time than now to have Hosana take the reins as Tervis’ new CEO,” said Donelly. “Hosana has an unwavering commitment to our family business, and her goals are very closely aligned with ours. We are looking forward to her continuing the success of our brand.”
“When I first started at Tervis many years ago, it quickly felt like I was part of an amazing family culture that produced timeless, quality products,” said Fieber. “I have a deep and strong affinity for the Tervis brand, and I’m passionate about our people and our product. My vision for the future is anchored in those truths.”
