Suunto USA, a fully owned subsidiary of Amer Sports- parent company of Wilson Sporting Goods Co., Atomic and Precor, currently has an opening for the position of Technical Product Specialist, based in Carlsbad, California. Ideal candidates should have a bachelors degree in business and or related field and one or more years of outside sales, technical rep or marketing experience.
Position will be responsible for extensive technical product knowledge and training, support calls, attending tradeshows, servicing military accounts and outside sales to teams and universities. Keys to success will be to gain a comprehensive understanding of all Suunto products, competitors, market trends and understanding core needs of sports enthusiasts in all markets including military, fitness & training and golf.
Partial travel and a desire to be part of a fast growing company are important aspects of the position.
