Tavik, a music-driven, action sports lifestyle apparel brand, has been acquired by Incipio, a mobile device accessory company headquartered in Irvine, CA.

The acquisition, fueled by an understanding that apparel and mobile accessories are converging as vehicles of self-expression, brings Tavik and INCIPIO® together under one roof, thereby streamlining operations and fostering creative synergy.

The two Southern California-based lifestyle brands are uniting their efforts to engage the active individual who is inspired by music, fashion and technology.

Having collaborated with Tavik on a collection of iPhone 4S and the new iPad cases, INCIPIO® Chief Executive Officer, Andy Fathollahi, recognized and seized the opportunity to acquire Tavik.
