Sun & Ski Sports announced the opening of its 31st store at Arundel Mills Mall in Hanover, MD at the former site of Modell Sporting Goods. The expected opening date will be in the Fall/Winter of 2021.
Sun & Ski Sports operates two other stores in the D.C. metro area located in Gaithersburg, MD and Falls Church, VA in addition to 28 stores nationwide and an online site.
The new store will be 30,000 square feet and sell products ranging from skis, snowboards, bikes, and running shoes, to lifestyle apparel, footwear, and drinkware. Brands include Cannondale, Columbia, Patagonia, The North Face, Burton, Hey Dude, Hoka, Kuhl, and Billabong. Also included will be a full-service ski, snowboard and bike shop offering bike tune-ups to mounting bindings on skis or snowboards.
