Summit Golf Brands, the golf apparel and sportswear manufacturer, hired golf industry professional Garrett Malcolm as an account executive for Canada.
In his new role, Garrett will spearhead Summit Golf Brands’ efforts to expand the presence and distribution of its portfolio of premium golf apparel brands within green grass facilities across Canada, further signaling its commitment to growth in international markets.
Garrett Malcolm joined the company with over 15 years of experience in the golf industry. After turning pro at 21, he achieved Class A status within the PGA of Canada in 2017. His excellence in golf was also recognized in 2016 when he won the Moe Norman Award as the National Assistant Professional of the Year.

As a PGA of Canada member, Malcolm is the latest golf pro to join Summit Golf Brands’ sales team, comprising six PGA of America professionals. Between his experience as a golf professional and his familiarity with the golf market in Canada, Garrett will play a key role in further establishing the Summit portfolio of brands as go-to performance apparel options for consumers within the Canadian market.
Malcolm’s hiring coincides with Summit Golf Brands B. Draddy and Zero Restriction being selected as the team uniforms for the 2024 Presidents Cup. B. Draddy is also the official apparel of the Metropolitan (NY) Golf Association, and Zero Restriction partners with the NFL’s New York Giants. Summit Golf Brands is also a collegiate license portfolio that spans over 100 schools across the U.S., and it has 31 professional brand ambassadors competing across the PGA, LPGA, Korn Ferry, and Champions Tour.
Solo Golf Brands is a wholesale distributor of golf apparel brands, including Zero Restriction, Fairway & Greene, B. Draddy, and EP New York, Summit Golf, with a network reportedly extending across 25 countries and in over 3,500 premier clubs and resorts worldwide.
Summit Golf Brands is also a vertical operation, with fulfillment and product decoration capabilities, with over 200 embroidery heads housed within its facilities spanning over 40,000 square feet each in Madison and Barneveld, WI.
