Summit Distribution, a multi-channel distributor servicing nationwide to independent, internet, and large format retailers, announced that Scott Parr has joined the company as vice president of sales. Previously, Parr held positions at Dorel Apparel Footwear Group (AFG) a division
of Dorel Industries as vice president of sales and at Jansport a
division of VF Corporation as director of sales.
Parr will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales and marketing plans, initially focusing on building and developing a sales and customer service team that will ensure Summit's growth objectives are achieved going forward.
