LeBron James is by far the NBA’s most marketable player, according to a study from Sports Business Daily.
The Cavaliers star earned a score of 227, topping Stephen Curry, 198; and Russell Westbrook, 106.
The survey was distributed to marketing/branding execs, agencies, sports business professors and basketball media. The 50 respondents listed, in order, the top five most marketable players in the NBA. Points were awarded on a five-point scale, with a player awarded five points for a first-place vote, four points for second place, etc.
Rounding out the top ten were Kevin Durant, James Harden, Chris Paul, Kyrie Irving, Blake Griffin, Klay Thompson with Draymond Green and Lonzo Ball tied for tenth.
